About The Role
We are seeking a skilled 3D Modeler to join our team. As a 3D Modeler, you will be responsible for creating highly-detailed and realistic 3D models using SketchUp and V-Ray software. You will work closely with architects, designers, and other professionals to create accurate and visually stunning models that meet project specifications.
Responsibilities:
Develop highly-detailed and accurate 3D models using SketchUp and V-Ray software
Collaborate with architects, designers, and other professionals to ensure accuracy and completeness of models
Ensure that all models meet quality standards and comply with project requirements
Make revisions to models as necessary and ensure that all changes are accurately documented
Create high-quality renderings and visualizations of 3D models using V-Ray
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and techniques for 3D modelling and rendering
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all models and project-related information
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, 3D modeling, or a related field
Strong proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, or Revit
Familiarity with 3D rendering software such as V-Ray, or Enscape is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in interior 3D modeling and texturing
