FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Are you a PRC-licensed interior designer?
Yes. Our designer holds PRC Certificate of Registration No. 00002730 and complies with RA 10350 (Interior Design Law). We've been featured in BluPrint One Mega and Real Living Philippines. Working with Space Project PH means partnering with a certified professional who prioritizes both aesthetics and regulatory compliance on every project.
What is your interior design process?
We follow five phases: (1)Pre Design Phase (consultation and discovery,) (2) Schematic Design Phase (feasibility study, concept design with mood boards), (3) Design Development Phase (detailed drawings and 3D renderings,) (4) Contract Documents and Coordination Phase (material sourcing and coordination,) (5) Construction Phase (project supervision.) Each step is collaborative and transparent. We keep you informed from concept to completion, ensuring your vision becomes reality while meeting all code requirements.
Do you handle permit applications and code compliance?
Yes. We manage compliance under the National Building Code (NBC), Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), and RA 11285 (Energy Efficiency Act). Safety comes before aesthetics. We provide complete documentation and coordinate with architects (if required) and contractors to ensure your interior meets all regulatory standards.
Do you handle both residential and commercial projects?
Yes. We specialize in both. Residential includes condo redesigns and homes; commercial spans F&B interiors (bakeries, cafes, restaurants), office fit-outs, and retail. Each requires distinct expertise. Whether you need a livable home or a functional commercial space, we deliver results tailored to your project type.
How do you charge for your services?
We use a transparent per-square-meter fee structure, scaled to project complexity. This covers consultation, design concepts, technical drawings, 3D renderings, and material specifications. Project supervision and on-site visits are additional. We work with various budgets and discuss all costs upfront before you commit.
What's included in your design fee?
Our fee covers: consultation, design concepts with mood boards, floor plans, 3D renderings, material specifications, and supplier coordination. Construction costs, material procurement, and contractor labor are separate. Optional add-ons include project supervision and site visits. We outline all inclusions clearly in your contract.
Do you charge extra for on-site supervision?
Yes, project supervision is an optional add-on priced separately. It includes site visits, progress reviews, quality checks, and contractor communication. Many clients choose design-only; others prefer full supervision for peace of mind. We discuss options during your consultation and include costs in your quotation.
Can you work with my budget?
Absolutely. We work with realistic budgets across all ranges. Smart prioritization—investing in high-impact areas and optimizing elsewhere—makes every peso count. Our supplier relationships help us source quality materials at reasonable prices. We present options at different price points and never impose unnecessary costs.
Do you design interiors for condominiums in Makati and BGC?
Yes, extensively. Our portfolio includes dozens of condo redesigns in Makati and BGC—from studios to penthouses. We understand high-rise living constraints and excel at maximizing functionality. Whether your BGC or Makati condo is bare or needs a refresh, we deliver polished, livable spaces perfectly suited to urban living.
Can you service projects in Metro Manila and outside?
Yes, we serve Metro Manila and nationwide. While based in Makati, we've completed projects across Luzon. We coordinate with local contractors, provide detailed documentation, and schedule site visits at key phases. Distance isn't a barrier—clear communication and thorough planning ensure quality anywhere.
Do you work on projects in Quezon City, Ortigas, and other areas?
Yes. Our portfolio spans Quezon City, Ortigas, Pasig, Taguig, and beyond. We understand each area's unique character and building codes. Whether your project is a Quezon City home, Ortigas office, or Pasig development, we bring location-specific expertise across Metro Manila.
How do you handle projects outside Metro Manila?
We use three strategies: virtual consultations with detailed site surveys, coordination with local contractors in your area, and comprehensive documentation enabling smooth execution. We schedule key site visits for start, mid-phase review, and completion. This model works well for clients in Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan, and beyond.
Do you design F&B interiors (restaurants, cafes, bakeries)?
Yes, we specialize in F&B. We've designed Carlo's Bakeshop & Cafe, bringing expertise in durability, functionality, and atmosphere. F&B interiors demand high-traffic finishes, efficient layouts, and brand alignment. We understand food safety standards and customer experience design.
